Position: Â Manager/Associate Director (Programmes Hub Office)

The TF Programmes Hub team reports to the CEO and provides programme inputs, and curates and co-develops programmes with members of the Philanthropy Asia Alliance.
Philanthropy Asia Alliance (PAA) is a Temasek Trust initiative dedicated to catalysing
collaborative
philanthropy in Asia through
dynamic
multi-sector partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIESScan the environment to understand the landscape in Asia, applying systems thinking to current and emerging challenges to better support PAA members in programme curation and co-development.
Curate programmes from TF and the wider ecosystem for further development and funding, considering their relevance to TF & PAA members’ intent,
innovation
, and potential for scaling. This also includes identifying potential areas for
collaboration
and knowledge sharing.
Evaluate, develop and manage programmes. This includes monitoring of the programme status, acting to ensure desired outcomes are met and providing reports and updates to management and PAA members.
Cultivate relationships with PAA members and understand their giving intent (e.g., geography, demographic and intended outcomes).Travel occasionally to regional locations for programme and engagement purposes, and to provide administrative support the Senior Director and team to facilitate their business trips.
The Role
includes but is not limited to the above and will undertake any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS Good Degree in Business, Engineering, or
Sustainability
-related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in programme development and management preferably in the renewable energy sector.
Work experience in Asia and proficiency in an additional Asian language are highly regarded.
Have the interpersonal and communications skills to understand different stakeholders and encourage collaborations and partnerships within and outside the TT-Ecosystem.
Highly motivated, proactive, agile individuals who thrive in a
dynamic environment

Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, and experience with Salesforce.
