Job Summary
Predominantly home‑based with regular travel across the UK. Permanent, full‑time (35 hrs per week). Office facilities available at the Newark office. Up to £45,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and steward high‑value major donor relationships, working with senior leaders.
- Identify and cultivate meaningful, long‑term relationships to secure transformational support for nature’s recovery.
- Communicate The Wildlife Trusts’ case for support through storytelling, connecting donor values with climate and nature recovery work.
- Drive impact through policy influence and campaigning.
Key Qualifications
- Significant experience as a Major Gifts Fundraiser, securing restricted and unrestricted income.
- Excellent relationship‑building, communication and storytelling skills.
- Track record of securing significant funding from high‑net‑worth supporters.
- Motivated by ambitious targets and committed to making a genuine difference.
