LPN/RN Home Health – Mondays, Wednesdays, and Sundays Jobs in Annandale, VA at 1st Americare LLC
1st Americare is seeking an LPN or RN to work with our client in the Annandale area. Candidate with Gtube experience is preferred
The schedule for this case will be:
- Monday 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am
- Wednesday 3pm-11pm
- Sundays 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
– Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status
– Develop and implement individualized care plans
– Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
– Monitor and evaluate patients’ progress and adjust care plans accordingly
– Educate patients and their families on managing their conditions and promoting wellness
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
– Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 – $53.00 per hour
