Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to manage the day-to-day operations and support services for those in need. This role is ideal for someone passionate about non-profit work and aligned with the mission of helping vulnerable individuals achieve stability and independence. This is a temp to perm role.
Job Function:
Meet with newly admitted residents to discuss goals, policies, and procedures.
Provide direct case management services, including referrals and issue resolution for mothers in shelter.
Assist residents in completing government assistance applications within the first two weeks of acceptance.
Collaborate with external partners in financial, housing, employment, childcare, and justice systems.
Identify and coordinate enrichment programs, such as parenting classes, life skills, and educational opportunities.
Work as part of a treatment team, coordinating services with staff and external agencies.
Assist clients in securing housing, employment, and other necessary resources.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in case management or social work, preferably in a non-profit setting.
Knowledge of non-profit policies, procedures, and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
