Loan & Program Outreach Specialist Jobs in Dallas-Fort Worth at Clean Energy Fund of Texas

Join our team as a Loan and Program Outreach Specialist! We’re seeking two specialists—one for North Texas and one for South Texas—to support our Consumer Loan Program. In this role, you’ll serve as a key link between contractors, borrowers, and our organization, managing various aspects of our residential loan program including contractor recruitment, loan application processing, and conducting targeted outreach efforts to expand the program’s impact.

Working remotely from your region, you’ll regularly travel to engage with contractors and community partners, requiring both Spanish and English fluency. This position combines administrative precision with a proactive approach to community engagement, requiring strong attention to detail, project management, and a commitment to advancing clean energy accessibility.

Key items you’ll be responsible for

Contractor Recruitment and Engagement

Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with contractors for CEFTX’s approved contractor list for residential and commercial green projects
Organize and host workshops, webinars, or in-person events to educate contractors regarding CEFTX programs and processes within a designated region
Ensure contractor compliance through ongoing engagement and support

Loan Application Management

Manage loan applications from submission to closing, ensuring compliance with guidelines and accuracy in documentation
Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and borrowers, delivering guidance throughout the loan process
Maintain accurate records of loan application progress and provide timely updates to all stakeholders

Outreach and Community Engagement

Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and other CEFTX leaders to increase awareness of clean energy solutions in your region
Build partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and government agencies
Represent CEFTX at community events, conferences, and meetings to build trust and promote initiatives

Reporting and Compliance

Maintain accurate records of contractor participation and loan application progress
Provide regular updates to the Business Development Manager on metrics and loan pipeline status

Core Qualifications

Proven experience (2+ years) in loan processing, account management, contractor relations, or related fields
Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal)
Reliable transportation to travel across the region three days per week
Passion for clean energy and a commitment to advancing sustainability and environmental stewardship

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s degree in business, Finance, Environmental Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Knowledge of green building practices and sustainability initiatives
Understanding of loan regulations
Experience with Salesforce (CRM)

What we offer

The expected annual salary range for this position is $55,000 – $60,000, commensurate with qualifications. We offer competitive benefits, including 100% comprehensive health care coverage for employees (medical, dental, and vision), at least 90% employer contribution toward health care coverage for dependents; work-from-home reimbursements (internet, phone, office set up), up to 3% employer match to 401K, 14 paid holidays plus 3 weeks of vacation, 5 sick days, and paid parental and caregiver leaves.

This role is a remote opportunity for individuals based in Texas. Travel will be required and reimbursed for contractor outreach, meetings, conferences, and other engagements.
