Position: Â Live In Sorority House Director
Do you have excellent organization andcommunication skills? Do you enjoy working with college-age women and making a difference for them in their collegiate experience? The Chi Omega Sorority at Montana State University has an opening for a live-in House Director!
This is a salaried, 10-month full-time or part-time position as Sorority House Director/Facility Manager for 40 collegiate women. Under the direction of the House Corporation Board, the House Director’s primary responsibility is managing a gracious, well-organized, fiscally sound, smoothly operating, safe, and secure sorority house.
The House Director must be onsite, overnight, seven nights per week except when prior arrangements have been made for other adult supervision during the academic year. The compensation package includes salary (DOE and whether the position is full-time or part-time), housing, utilities, Wi-Fi, paid vacation based on the MSU academic calendar, and meals when school is in session. The House Director is provided a private suite in the sorority house with a private bath, bedroom, and living area.
This is a smoke, drug, alcohol, animal, and firearms-free environment.
