Primary Role: Linen Technician responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely handling of linen distribution within a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clean linen and collect soiled linen, ensuring proper organization and inventory management.
- Record data accurately using tablets or sheets and maintain a neat linen storage area.
- Respond to customer service calls professionally, fulfilling requests promptly.
- Monitor linen usage, manage inventory levels, and replenish carts to prescribed levels.
- Report linen abuse or poor utilization to the Linen Distribution Manager.
- Transport carts safely across designated areas.
- Perform any other assigned duties and work with both clean and soiled linen per policies.

Decision-Making: Influences quantities and schedules of linen delivery.
Requirements
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and meet vaccine requirements.
