Posting Summary
Serve as Licensing and Communications Coordinator / Customer Service Rep for the Research Center for Children, Youth, and Families (RCCYF), publisher of social and behavior assessment tools known as the Achenbach System of Empirically Based Assessment (ASEBA®). Contribute substantively to the RCCYF’s nonprofit mission by providing licensing coordination, communications development, and customer service. Creatively produce an annual catalog using desktop publishing software. Maintain dynamic website (www.aseba.org) and create enhanced product images for an e-commerce site. Edit ASEBA® manuals, guides, and assessment forms for publication. Prepare and tailor license agreements from standard templates for mental health care providers and researchers licensing the use of ASEBA® products. Communicate with applicants, generate invoices, track status of signatures and customer payments from initial license application through full execution of license agreement. Field questions and requests from customers and authorized distributors and provide responsive, thorough, and timely replies by e-mail and phone. Process sales orders through the A/R system and fulfill orders as part of small, cross-functional customer service team. Pay bills, write checks, and prepare bank deposits, in a backup capacity.
Minimum Qualifications (or Equivalent Combination Of Education And Experience)
Associate’s degree in relevant area. One to three years’ experience using Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, PhotoShop, and/or WordPress; or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired.
Desirable Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in psychology.
Experience with QuickBooks and e-commerce.
Customer service experience.
Anticipated Pay Range
$21.00 – $25.00/hr
Other Information
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally stand for long periods.
Special Conditions
Contingent on continued funding, Occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non-exempt position, may result in overtime), External candidates must complete a 4-month probationary period, Bargaining unit position, A probationary period may be required for current UVM employees, This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy, Background Check required for this position
