CSW / LPCA: Starting at $58,000
LCSW / LPCC / LMFT: Up to $68,000 based on experience and licensure

Position Overview
P3SG is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join a mission-driven behavioral health program serving adult women in Manchester, Kentucky.
This opportunity is ideal for clinicians seeking a manageable caseload, excellent work-life balance, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those they serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy
- Complete psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations
- Develop and manage treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in treatment team meetings
- Provide crisis intervention and clinical support
Education qualifications
Master’s Degree in:
- Social Work
- Counseling
- Psychology
- Marriage and Family Therapy
- Behavioral Health or related field
Kentucky Licensure Required
- LCSW
- LPCC
- LMFT
- CSW
- LPCA
