Join a respected Seattle-based law firm that partners with nonprofits to develop affordable housing and community spaces across the Pacific Northwest. They’re hiring a Legal Assistant / Transaction Coordinator to support their busy real estate team.
In this role, you’ll review and redline legal documents, coordinate closing checklists, track key deliverables, and keep complex transactions moving. Ideal candidates have experience with real estate contracts, financing documents, and entity agreements, and are confident spotting issues and staying organized under deadlines.

Transactional Coordinator Responsibilities:
Track key dates in purchase/sale agreements and review documents for required consents.
Draft and revise LLC and partnership formation or amendment documents.
Coordinate lender and agency transfer requests and assist with due diligence collection.
Review title commitments, flag issues, and support preparation of title policies and endorsements.
Draft resolutions, loan documents, and real estate transfer paperwork.
Prepare redlines, manage document versions, and maintain organized electronic files.
Support closings by assembling signature packets, preparing escrow instructions, and handling document delivery via ShareFile or Dropbox.
Join due diligence calls, provide status updates, and assist with new client/matter intake.
Transactional Coordinator Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe
Familiar with document comparison and file-sharing tools
Experienced in redlining and reviewing legal documents
Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
Legal or real estate support experience preferred
Able to track deliverables and manage closing checklists
Confident coordinating with stakeholders such as lenders, attorneys, and nonprofit partners
