Working closely with our Head of Special Projects, SMT and the Artistic Director, the Learning, Outreach & Engagement (LOE) Manager is responsible for managing our core Learn & Train programmes as part of our ongoing weekend residency at Southbank Centre, London which, in addition to our development workshops, includes our flagship performance ensembles – Junior Band, Youth Ensemble, Frontline and TW Big Band.

The LO&E Manager will manage a small team that is responsible for the delivery of a Learn & Train programme, performance programme, and for the development of our outreach activities with schools, Music Education Hubs, and other partners in the UK and internationally.

Through our weekend residency at Southbank Centre and national outreach, Tomorrow’s Warriors delivers in excess of 450 workshops and performances for/by young people each year, engaging with more than 40,000 people per year as participants/audience.

The LO&E Manager is also responsible for driving the engagement work of the organisation, focusing on enhancing and increasing the involvement of key stakeholders.
