Senior Learning & Development Specialist (Hybrid)
Chatsworth, CA | Full-Time | Hybrid
CCRC is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead the design and delivery of engaging employee learning experiences. This role combines LMS administration, instructional design, e-learning development, and training facilitation to support employee growth across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (Workday Learning)
- Design engaging e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, or similar tools
- Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions
- Develop learning content, job aids, and multimedia resources
- Analyze learning data and training effectiveness
- Partner with subject matter experts to create impactful learning solutions
- Support compliance training and agency-wide learning initiatives
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Learning & Development, instructional design, or corporate training experience
- 3+ years of LMS administration experience
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Rise, Camtasia, etc.)
- Strong presentation, communication, and project management skills
- Workday Learning experience preferred
