Leadership Programs Coordinator Jobs in Alpharetta, GA at Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce
Title: Leadership Programs Coordinator
Company: Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Think you'd thrive here?
You're someone who enjoys bringing people together and creating experiences that make a lasting impact. You'll coordinate our adult and youth leadership programs from start to finish, managing timelines, communications, sponsorships, budgets, retreats, class days, and special events. You'll also lead the coordination of our annual Nonprofit of the Year Awards, partnering with a volunteer selection committee to recognize organizations making a difference in our community.
You're resourceful, organized, and proactive. You enjoy solving problems before they become problems, communicating clearly, and making sure every detail is accounted for. Most of all, you believe leadership matters and find fulfillment in helping others learn, grow, and connect.
Not a fit if: You need someone else to create the roadmap before you get started. You prefer working behind the scenes with minimal interaction, or you're uncomfortable managing multiple projects and relationships at the same time.
Potentially perfect if: You thrive on ownership, enjoy coordinating lots of moving parts, love connecting with people from all walks of life, and get just as much satisfaction from watching others grow as you do checking the final item off a project plan.
