Position: Future Leaders Program Coordinator Needed
Join DIVERSE city as a full-time Program Coordinator for Future Leaders in Surrey, BC. This hybrid role emphasizes youth development through program coordination and community engagement.
In this role, you will assist in delivering key program activities and performing participant intakes to assess needs. You will proactively reach out to the community to attract youth participants while establishing vital relationships with service providers. • Assist Manager in program delivery and participant assessments
• Conduct community outreach to promote youth involvement

Requirements:
• Diploma in human or social services field granted preference
• At least two years of relevant project coordination experience
• Strong understanding of challenges faced by immigrants and youth
• Exceptional verbal and written skills in English
