Simonhouse Bible Camp is located in northern Manitoba just across the border from Saskatchewan and ministers to many towns and indigenous communities. Simonhouse serves an area with few churches, where 80% of our campers have little to no church influence in their lives, and many come from foster homes. For our campers, camp may be the only place they hear the name of Jesus!

DESCRIPTION
The LIT Director is a mentoring and teaching position responsible for planning and implementing a program that includes campleadershiptraining and discipleship. The LIT Director has the opportunity to invest in young leaders and contribute to other parts of the camp program. If you have a heart for youth, this position could be for you! Previous camp experience is an asset.
This is a broad responsibility position and a part of our valuable senior staffleadershipteam. Remuneration includes an honorarium and may also qualify for the Missions Assistance Program or a government grant.
