This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Pastor located in Kings Mountain, NC. Role Description

Qualifications
Proficiency in Bible Study
Experience in Pastoring and Pastoral
Skills in Pastoral Care
Ability to lead and guide Discipleship
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and organizational skills
A degree in Theology, Divinity, Religious Studies, or a related field
Experience in church leadership is a plus
