You will be a mentor and coach to 12 individuals, providing weekly 1 hour sessions to each of them as coach to a person who is a beginner or early adopts of AI and Chat GBT in their specific roles within the organisation.
You communicate openly and build strong connections
You excel in a fully remote
work environment
and embrace our unique approach to fostering relationships with our 12 key staff members during online coaching sessions. You aim to make information accessible to foster an open and
collaborative environment
.
You will provide a weekly report to the CEO on the development of each person and their progression and effectiveness in the use of AI in their roles.
22 hours in preparation and the provision of 12 one hour coaching sessions each week.
2 hours in report writing.
Total 24 hours per week.
