While working in our kitchen you will be impacting the life of our clients by making sure that our kitchen procedures and regulations are being followed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive and move food boxes.
Organize and properly store items in refrigerators, freezers, and pantry areas, following food safety guidelines.
Clean the kitchen thoroughly, including floors, equipment, refrigerators, and work surfaces.
Assist with basic preparation tasks (Such as washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables or other ingredients).
Take out trash and maintain clean, clutter free workspace.
Follow all hygiene protocols and safety procedures for food handling and cleaning supplies.
Report any issues with food quality or equipment to the supervisor.
Support other kitchen tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily.
Perform security checks of kitchen and areas.
Performs routine duties associated with food services (i.e., cleaning of pantries, utensil containers, cabinets, and any items pertaining to food services).
Prepares all food item for all designed meals.
Ensure that all food is properly covered and stored.
Conduct weekly food inventory and order.
Performs other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma and/or experience in the field.
