What You’ll Do
Act as a liaison between Probation and parole offices and Employment Service Providers in the Fedcap network and lead engagement with federal and provincial-level officials regarding this work on behalf of Fedcap Canada. The incumbent drives the coordination of service delivery amongst these stakeholders to ensure that participants can meaningfully engage with employment services, receive appropriate support, and achieve employment outcomes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Establish relationships with Probation services to raise awareness of Fedcap services and build trust.
Engage with Probation Services staff to identify participants who could benefit from support delivered by local employment services providers and create streamlined referral processes.
Coordinate logistics of service coordination, liaising with service provider leadership and the internal Fedcap Service Delivery team.
Regularly report to provincial and federal government partners on the success of local relationships, the number of participants served, and their outcomes.
Lead on the development of special initiatives designed to improve outcomes for this specific participant group.
Work with local employment services providers to ensure all referred participants are supported appropriately and receive high-quality services.
Provide connections to local community resources where appropriate.
Contribute to continuous improvement activities and promote new ways of working.
You’re a Great Fit for This Role If You Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Experience working with Employment Ontario service providers.
Knowledge of criminal justice issues, populations, and socio-cultural issues.
Compensation
$60,000 – $75,000 (CAD)
