Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
California Driver’s License for at least 2 years with no major infractions in the last 4 years.
Basic computer and technology skills.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Flexibility in work schedule to meet company needs.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to be a role model for adults with disabilities.
Successful completion of a Live Scan background check.
Responsibilities
Provide continuous instructions tailored to individuals’ vocational growth and training objectives.
Assist with coordinating transportation to and from job sites for individuals served.
Maintain open communication with the Supported Employment Supervisor and fellow Job Coaches.
Ensure contract requirements are met, maintaining quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Complete and submit all required paperwork, including transportation logs, attendance records, and incident reports, by set deadlines.
Compensation
The anticipated hiring range for this role is $19.50-$20.50 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits and perks.
