Schedule: This position follows a Friday–Sunday schedule. Weekend availability is required.

About The Role
As a
Job Coach
, you’ll provide individualized, one-on-one support to adults with IDD at their workplaces. You’ll help individuals build confidence, develop essential job skills, and navigate the responsibilities of employment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Supporting individuals with job tasks and routines in community employment settings
Providing coaching and feedback to build independence and job retention
Collaborating with employers and coworkers to promote workplace inclusion
Assisting individuals with communication, time management, and transportation as needed
Documenting progress and following service plans that support employment goals
What We’re Looking For
Must be 18+ years old
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience supporting individuals with IDD or in job coaching is preferred
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
Ability to pass a national background check
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
A passion for advocacy, inclusion, and employment equity
