Responsibilities
Work withcross-functional teamsto follow-up on and collate information
Coordinate with teams on timeline andcommunicationmatters
Prepare and assist in facilitation of planning meetings with teams and liaising with the relevant departments as part of stakeholder engagement
Support the preparation of documents and submissions to the Board/LeadershipTeam
Qualifications
Penultimate year student, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts or in multi-disciplinary studies.
Demonstrate analytical andproblem-solving skillsand use them to support and drive strategic plans
Go-getter and willing to take risks with the department
Ability to communicate effectively in all mediums
Ability to work independently as well as with teams
Able to think laterally and big picture with clarity
Keen learner, resourceful and self-directed
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Flexible with start date as long as the intern can intern with us from September to November.
