What You’ll Do:
• Develop eLearning solutions utilizing appropriate instructional design techniques and authoring tools.
• Develop learning objectives, learning experiences, learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
• Collaborate with Curriculum Writers and SMEs, when necessary, during the research stage for building courses.
• Develop curriculum courses that educate, inspire, and empower individuals to take control of their mindset and well-being, staying aligned with Un/Do mindset’s mission and vision.
What You Need:
• A passion for mental health and a desire to make a difference.
• Strong problem solving, time management and communication skills.
• Experience in curriculum development, instructional design methodologies, principles and theories.
• Instructional Design certification is fantastic and desired, but not required. However, prior experience in Instructional Design IS required.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate Rise, Storyline and Canva.
• Experience, or willingness to adapt to, project management software, such as Monday.com, and communication software, such as Slack.
• Willingness to work and grow in a collaborative environment.
• A flexible schedule to contribute 10-15 hrs/week, meaningfully, including mandatory meetings.
