Job Summary

The Inside Sales Development (ISD) Specialist will drive RCIGM business acquisition in support of the Institute’s goals. This position will focus on lead generation, lead qualification within the genomics and healthcare sectors, and handoff of qualified prospective clients and partners to the Business Development Managers (BDMs). This includes identifying and engaging leads,establishing initial connections, and lending support to secure meetings for BDMs.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

Strong communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to effectively manage multiple priorities

Proficient in CRM software and MS Office

Strong analytical ability to assess lead quality, evaluate outreach effectiveness, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility in adjusting to changing priorities and business needs

Able to effectively collaborate within a team and contribute to a positive team culture

Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of outreach efforts efficiently

A commitment to understanding and addressing the needs of potential clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the engagement process

Strong networking capabilities to build relationships and expand the professional network

Comfortable delivering presentations as needed to engage stakeholders and promote the value of RCIGM’s rWGS

Demonstrated commitment to respecting differences and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment

The current salary range for this position is $45.75 to $62.90
