About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients through high-volume inbound and outbound calls, guiding them through our sales process with professionalism and care. Your primary focus will be to build rapport, present our offerings, and close sales effectively while maintaining excellent attendance and adhering to established processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience or a 4-year college degree (preferred)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Reside permanently in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Michigan, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia
  • Ability to pass a background check within 48 hours of offer acceptance
  • Provide three professional references upon request
  • Experience with high-volume sales calls preferred
  • Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, Five9, or similar call center software preferred
  • Technical requirements include a hard-wired internet connection with download speeds above 10 Mbps and upload speeds above 5 Mbps
  • Quiet, distraction-free home workspace conducive to professional calls

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of 20-50 inbound and outbound client calls daily, ensuring each interaction is meaningful and professional
  • Engage clients by listening actively, building rapport, and providing exceptional service to foster referenceable relationships
  • Follow established sales scripts and processes to ensure consistency, maximize success, and build value during each call
  • Present and pitch three branded apparel and commemorative books offerings, along with light fundraising and donation collection
  • Overcome objections confidently with strong rebuttals, ensuring a positive experience for clients
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and training sessions to stay updated on products, campaigns, and sales techniques
  • Work independently from home, managing inbound leads and outbound prospecting with self-directed coaching and motivation
  • Seek and incorporate feedback from leaders and peers to continuously improve service quality and sales performance
  • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality, adhering to scheduled shifts, breaks, and meetings to ensure seamless team operations
