CUES is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales and Member Engagement Manager. responsible for driving sales and revenue generation for key products, including CUES U and eVote. This individual will develop and execute sales strategies, create compelling proposals, conduct product demonstrations. Equally as important, the Inside Sales and Member Engagement Manager is responsible for ongoing engagement with CUES members through an established cadence of onboarding calls and other member touch points.

We Are Seeking An Individual Who Has
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
2 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or member engagement roles.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales pipeline.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a member-centric approach.
Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in a membership-based or nonprofit organization.
Knowledge of the credit union industry.
Familiarity with virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
