Inside Sales Account Manager
Hartford, SD | Full-Time | $100K Annually

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll reach out to homeowners who’ve received proposals from our sales reps or service techs. Your goal? Ensure they’re satisfied with the experience and help guide them toward saying “yes” to their project.
Sometimes customers change their minds. You’ll jump in with empathy and insight to retain jobs that are at risk of cancellation, offering support and solutions they can trust.
You’ll help hit inside sales goals and KPIs by turning follow-ups into happy, committed customers. Your work directly fuels company growth.
You’ll maintain homeowner files and support our Customer Care, Production, and Service teams with key admin tasks that keep our operation humming.
What You Bring to the Table:
A background in customer service or sales (1+ years preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfort working on a computer and navigating software
A positive attitude and team-first mindset
Attention to detail and a knack for staying organized
High school diploma or GED preferred
