Job Description
Our Business Relations Representatives are responsible for creating interest for BBB Accreditation among Connecticut-based businesses.
Candidates with prior experience in inside sales, including lead generation and cold calling in a 1-call-close, B2B sales environment, are preferred.
BBB is much more than just a sales job. This is an opportunity to consult with business owners and help them build their online presence to stay competitive in the marketplace while demonstrating a reputation of trust, credibility and high-quality service. Success in this role requires a results-driven mentality with significant time on the telephone. If you can generate 100-120 outbound calls to business owners every day and close 3-5 deals each week, you will make a great living here. In fact, our top rep consistently earns well over $100,000 and our three newest reps are all on track to earn over $60,000.

For remote candidates, in order to work from home, a quiet, dedicated workspace along with a Windows 10 / 11 computer and high-speed internet are required.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience with prospecting, lead generation and cold calling
Experience making over 100 outbound calls each day
Proven success in a short sales cycle, one-call-close environment
Prior success with commissioned sales
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and to be held accountable for sales results
Resilience and an ability to overcome objections in a professional manner
