What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Advise on the implementation and results of the BeGreen initiative, including recommendations for an incubation program for entrepreneurs
Assess the results and learnings from the mentorship program and provide strategic guidance
Analyze youth agriculture program models and advise on key success factors for the EKYAN initiative
Conduct a stakeholder analysis to strengthen nutritional and food security outcomes in future program iterations
Prepare reports and proposals for various program adaptations and learning workshops
What is Required (Qualifications):
Master’s degree in International Business, International Relations, or a related field
At least three years of experience in program management at the intersection of innovation, entrepreneurship, green initiatives, and youth engagement
Minimum of seven years of experience managing projects across multiple geographies and sectors
Proven planning and monitoring & evaluation (M&E) experience
Fluency in English with strong written communication skills; knowledge of another UN language is an asset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience planning and carrying out key events in the environmental sphere
Working knowledge of digital platforms and tools for agribusiness and youth engagement
