Job Description:
The Inmate Work Squad Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of inmates in accordance with the Florida Dept of Corrections rules and regulations. The Supervisor must attend orientation/training in the supervision of inmates prior to assuming supervision of inmates and refresher training annually thereafter.
Responsibilities:
. This position requires supervising an inmate work squad in cleaning and maintaining warehouse and property.
·Will be responsible for ensuring all safety guidelines are followed.
. Will be responsible for pick up and drop off of inmate squad from correctional facility.
· Successfully complete training to supervise inmates as directed by Florida Dept of Corrections.
. Must maintain contact with Florida Dept of Corrections and the required call ins.
. Any accident of injury to any inmates must be reported immediately.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Requirements:
· Must be female to work with female inmate work squad
· Must pass a background check and drug testing
· Must have a Valid Driver’s License
. Must have transportation for and from the facility.
. Must comply with Drug and Alcohol Policy
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
