As the Individual Giving Manager at PBS Wisconsin, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing strategies to engage high-value donors, nurture relationships, and support the organization’s mission of delivering trusted,impactfulprogramming to Wisconsin. Thisdynamicposition offers the opportunity to oversee essential fundraising systems, manage prospect portfolios, and directly contribute to the growth and success of PBS Wisconsin’s Major Individual Gifts unit.
This position operates within PBS Wisconsin’s Development Department and reports to the Managing Director of Individual Giving. You’ll supervise the Individual Giving Associate, ensuring seamless gift processing, donor communications, and data management. As a leader within the team, you’ll oversee the administration of key fundraising software and portfolio management systems, conduct donor research, and collaborate with colleagues to drive cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship initiatives.
To excel in this role, you’ll bring a combination oftechnical proficiency, organizational skills, and interpersonal communications. An ability to manage databases, and analyze donor data will be essential, as willyour abilityto supervise staff.
