About the Role: As a Individual Giving Manager, you will lead the charge in engaging individual supporters, nurturing relationships, and executing successful direct marketing campaigns. With a focus on Direct Debit recruitment and appeal campaigns, you’ll have the opportunity to make a tangible difference every day.
What You’ll Do:
Manage end-to-end delivery of fundraising campaigns, collaborating with third-party agencies and internal stakeholders.
Lead a dedicated team, offering mentorship and inspiring them to excel.
Develop innovative approaches to donor engagement, ensuring our supporters remain at the heart of all we do.
Oversee social media promotions and email campaigns, working alongside marketing experts.
Track performance using data analysis, ensuring continuous improvement.
Experience
Proven experience in Individual Giving, Direct Marketing, or a similar fundraising role.
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
Confidence in working with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
Passion for making a positive impact.
