They are looking for an experienced Individual Giving Coordinator for a 6-month contract, starting immediately. Your main goal will be to cultivate and strengthen relationships with leads, supporters and donors.

This data-driven role is perfect for a driven fundraiser looking to own the development of multi-channel individual giving programs. The Individual Giving Program oversees the cash appeals, fundraising and retention e-communications, lead generation, Regular Giving and Mid-Major Donor Philanthropy and Bequests.

This role is joining a small, collaborative team and requires the successful candidate to be hands on and demonstrate a data-driven mindset.

The Typical Duties Of This Position Include

Lead the development and implementation of Individual Giving plans and budgets, including developing a digital growth plan.

Ensure Individual Giving data processes are completed in an accurate and timely manner

Ensure campaigns are executed on time, KPI’s are achieved and campaigns are within budget ensuring issues are flagged in a timely manner

Work with Manager to prepare monthly reports, board reports and business cases to support new initiatives and investment areas

Ensure a data-driven approach is in place for decision making, with emphasis on segmentation models, donor research and data integrity.

Assist with developing donor acquisition, RG and Bequests strategies.

Triage & manage the fundraising department email inbox and fundraising department inbound calls.

To Apply You Will Need

Relevant experience in fundraising, direct mail, campaign management and strategic planning.

Demonstrated experience working in multi-channel fundraising within single giving portfolios.

Proven ability to coordinate fundraising activities and successfully manage end-to-end direct mail campaigns.

Strong project management experience with the ability to establish and deliver outcomes on projects, within budget and timelines and work interdependently and collaboratively.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Sound understanding of donor communication channels and the ability to coordinate sophisticated, donor-driven content, products and campaigns.

Ability to use and manage CRM and fundraising technology and tools. Experience with ThankQ and/or Funraisin an advantage.

Previous experience in a similar role within a nonprofit or for-purpose organisation.
