Whether you have experience in telemarketing, sales, fundraising, customer service, collections, hospitality, retail, insurance, or simply know how to connect with people, this could be a great opportunity to put those skills to work.

What You’ll Do
As an Independent Fundraising Representative, you’ll conduct outbound telephone outreach on behalf of established nonprofit and community organizations.
You’ll speak with members of the public using approved campaign materials, explain the organization’s mission, answer questions, and record donor responses.
If you’re comfortable communicating with people and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone, we can provide the campaign, resources, and opportunity—you bring the motivation.

- Able to communicate naturally and build rapport
- Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for your own results
Previous telephone fundraising or telemarketing experience is helpful, but backgrounds in sales, collections, customer service, hospitality, retail, insurance, call centers, and other people-focused positions may also translate well to this opportunity.
Compensation & Opportunity
Compensation is commission-based and paid weekly in accordance with the applicable Independent Contractor Agreement.
Qualified new representatives may also be eligible for an advanced draw, along with additional bonus and incentive opportunities.

Independent Contractor Opportunity
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity and not an employee position.
Applicants selected to move forward will review and sign the applicable Independent Contractor Agreement before beginning campaign work.
Independent contractors are generally responsible for their own taxes and ordinary business expenses. Campaign availability, earnings, hours, remote placement, and continuing work are not guaranteed.
