Job Summary

We are seeking an In-House Recruiter to lead efforts in identifying, recruiting, and supporting diverse talent for paid tech opportunities. This role will focus on building strong talent pipelines in four primary career pathways (technical, design & digital media, business operations, and marketing & communications) and support the matching of talent to our corporate partners’ needs to ensure successful candidate placement.

Pay: $65,000 base + Performance-based bonus + Benefits

Location: Los Angeles (Hybrid)

Type: Full-time, regular

What Will You Do?

Talent Recruitment & Outreach

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract underrepresented talent to paid tech programs.

Build partnerships with colleges, boot camps, community organizations, and workforce development programs.

Screen, interview, and match candidates with internship and job opportunities.

Manage a candidate database, track applications, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition.

Professional Development & Assessment

Design and implement professional development assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs.

Coordinate career-readiness workshops, including resume building, interview preparation, and workplace success strategies.

Collaborate with the Strategic Partnerships team to understand job requirements and align candidate training with industry expectations.

Program Support & Reporting

Track recruitment and placement metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Collaborate with program teams to enhance participant experience and outcomes.

Prepare reports on talent trends, program impact, and employer feedback.

Monitor industry trends in business, creative, marketing, and technical career pathways to ensure alignment with market needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience in talent recruitment/acquisition or other relevant experience in the tech industry.

Strong knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring and workforce development is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Passion for supporting underrepresented youth in tech.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other career assessment tools is a plus.
