Who We **
We are a small non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with varying disabilities. At BILT, Inc., we pride ourselves on taking the “impossible” and making it “possible.” Our work is diverse, ranging from teaching individuals how to secure employment and enjoy community outings to offering vital respite care and mentorship. We serve individuals between the ages of 3 and 65, helping them achieve greater independence in all aspects of their lives.
Who Were Looking *
Were searching for candidates who are experienced, passionate, and eager to contribute to our mission. While we offer a combination of Zoom and in-person training once hired, prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required.

Car and valid drivers license (you will be taking individuals into the community in personal vehicles; mileage reimbursement provided)
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a CORI check
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to helping others
Candidates with bachelors or masters degrees are strongly encouraged to apply
