What does a day in this role look like?
Community Living Alliance is looking to hire an experienced, friendly, and reliable caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care to an awesome gentleman in the comfort of his own home! If you are looking to provide quality care while working in a positive and friendly environment, this is the position for you! This position is in Madison, WI.

Animals (Does not have any in the home)
Played soccer and ran track in the past
Schedule:
Tuesday and Thursday start between 11:30am-1pm (1hr shift)
Saturday and Sunday start between 11:30am-1pm (1hr shift)
Saturday and Sunday 8:30pm-10:00pm (1.5hr shift)
Tasks:
Personal cares – Catheter care, dressing, etc
Transfers from bed to wheelchair (Easy stand & gait belt)
Ability to lift client back into wheelchair for comfort
Completed required documentation of records of care
Benefits:
Pay starts at $15.50/ hr + $1/ hr extra on weekends
$250 hiring bonus

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
18+ years of age
Own a Smart Phone for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
Authorized to work in the United States
Capable of lifting/moving/pushing/pulling 35 pounds

Willingness to learn (If you don’t know, don’t be afraid to ask!)
Experienced &/or comfortable with personal cares
Sense of humor
Thick skin
Willing to listen to client’s concerns/needs
