We are hiring compassionate, clinically driven therapists to join our growing outpatient team at our brand-new, state-of-the-art Waltham clinic. This full-time hybrid opportunity is ideal for MSW graduates, LCSWs, LICSWs, LMHCs, and clinicians on an eligible Massachusetts licensure pathway who want steady referrals, meaningful clinical support, flexible scheduling, and the stability of W-2 employment.
Whether you are early in your post-graduate career, working toward independent licensure, newly licensed, or already independently licensed, you will have the structure, clinical community, and resources to grow with confidence.
When you are onsite, you will provide care from a beautiful, dedicated office space within our new Waltham facility. Clinicians have the opportunity to select an office that feels right for their clinical style and the experience they want to create for clients.
Compensation That Values Your Time
- Intake No-Show Compensation: New-client intakes require preparation, reserved clinical time, and professional expertise. We compensate clinicians when a scheduled intake client does not attend.
- Client Cancellation Protection: Your time matters beyond the first appointment. We provide protection for scheduled ongoing therapy sessions when established clients cancel or do not attend.
- Guaranteed compensation during ramp-up: Your first weeks are designed to build confidence—not financial uncertainty. You receive paid training and guaranteed compensation while we strategically build your caseload with clients from our active referral pipeline.
- Competitive W-2 compensation: Receive a competitive compensation structure, employment stability, day-one benefits, and advanced compensation tiers for independently licensed LICSW and LMHC clinicians.
A Caseload Built for You
You will not be expected to market yourself, find your own clients, or create a private-practice referral network from scratch. We have a strong, consistent referral flow and internal teams dedicated to managing the logistics behind it.
During paid orientation and your initial ramp-up, your caseload is intentionally developed around your graduate internship background, experience, clinical interests, comfort level, language skills, and professional goals.
- Receive approximately 5–6 new clients each week as your schedule grows.
- Build toward a regular weekly practice of approximately 25 client sessions, with the option to see more clients if you choose.
- Continue to receive strategically matched new-client intakes from your Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Director as your availability, goals, and clinical interests evolve.
- Focus on therapy and client outcomes while internal teams coordinate referrals, scheduling, billing, and intake logistics.
Your Hybrid Clinical Practice
- Provide outpatient mental health counseling and psychotherapy to individuals and families.
- See in-person clients at our Waltham clinic 2 days each week.
- Provide remote therapy sessions for the remainder of your clinical schedule.
- Complete new-client intakes, biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and ongoing therapy sessions.
- Maintain a regular weekly clinical practice of approximately 25 client sessions, with opportunities to see more if desired.
- Collaborate with your Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Director, and peers to provide ethical, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, client-centered care.
- Build your clinical identity in a modern, welcoming setting designed to support both client comfort and clinician wellbeing.
Training and Clinical Support
Your development is part of the role from the first day—and it continues throughout your career with us.
During fully paid orientation, you will learn our clinical workflows, intake procedures, assessment standards, documentation expectations, treatment-planning approach, and care model. Early-career clinicians may shadow and co-lead initial intakes with an experienced clinician before independently managing their own.
You will also receive:
- Paid weekly supervision with a dedicated licensed Clinical Supervisor for clinicians pursuing the applicable Massachusetts licensure pathway.
- Direct access to Clinical Supervisors and Clinical Directors for consultation, guidance, and debriefing.

- Department of Children and Families (DCF) and foster-care-connected services.

Qualifications
- Master of Social Work (MSW), Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or a related qualifying master’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Active Massachusetts LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC license—or eligibility to pursue the applicable Massachusetts licensure pathway.
- Ability to provide in-person care at our Waltham clinic 2 days each week.
- Experience or interest in outpatient therapy, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, documentation, and telehealth.
- Commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, client-centered care.
- Strong communication, organization, documentation, and collaboration skills.
- Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, or other multilingual skills are a plus.
This is a post-graduate clinician position, not a practicum or student internship role. New graduates, early-career clinicians, and experienced independently licensed clinicians are welcome to apply.
