Role Description The Human Resources Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig City. This role oversees day-to-day HR operations, including implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and supporting performance management processes. The Human Resources Supervisor coordinates ensures compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. The position also involves providing guidance to employees and supervisors on HR procedures, supporting training and development initiatives, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle workplace concerns, facilitate conflict resolution, and promote engagement.
- Experience in Performance Management, including setting performance standards, supporting evaluations, and coordinating improvement plans.
- Proficiency in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies that align with local labor regulations and organizational values.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to non-profit or care-focused organizations.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or related role
- Must be a Bible-believing Christian
