Onboarding/employee benefits
Employee training and development
Handle preliminary employee relations concerns
Assist with policy development and implementation
Background Expected of the Human Resources *****
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or experience equivalent (+4 years of experience)
6+ years of experience in an HR role with 3+ years in a supervisory role and 2+ years with an organization with 300+ employees
SHRM certification or experience in Paylocity is a plus but not required
