About WELDO:
WELDO is a leading nonprofit organization working on returns and reintegration with multiple countries. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to build and lead our HR department in Rawalpindi.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with WELDO’s mission.
Oversee talent acquisition processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Lead performance management, training, and career development programs.
Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation structures.
Maintain HR records and reports for internal and external audits.
Work closely with senior leadership on HR planning and workforce development.
Qualifications & Experience:
✔️ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔️ 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in nonprofit or international development organizations.
✔️ Strong knowledge of Pakistan’s labor laws and HR best practices.
✔️ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
✔️ Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
✔️ Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
