About Us

Baltimore Crisis Response, Inc. (BCRI) is a nationally recognized nonprofit organization and Baltimore City’s only comprehensive crisis response system. Since 1992, BCRI has been dedicated to providing compassionate, community-based behavioral health crisis services for individuals and families experiencing mental health and substance use challenges.

The Opportunity

BCRI offers a structured Human Resources Internship for students seeking academic credit or practicum hours in a professional nonprofit healthcare environment.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to core HR operations while supporting a mission-driven organization serving the Baltimore community. Interns will work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain practical experience in nonprofit healthcare administration.

What You’ll Do
