As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a strategic, people-centered Director of Human Resources to help shape the future of our organization and the employee experience that supports our mission.

As Archway’s senior Human Resources leader, you’ll partner closely with executive leadership to develop people strategies that strengthen culture, improve organizational effectiveness, develop leaders, and position the organization for continued growth.
You’ll help build scalable HR systems, modernize people practices, strengthen leadership capability, and create an exceptional employee experience that enables our employees—and ultimately our residents—to thrive.

As the Director of Human Resources, you’ll provide strategic leadership across the entire employee lifecycle while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing Human Resources strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Partnering with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
- Coaching and developing leaders across the organization
- Leading employee relations, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution
- Overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, and retention strategies
- Designing and enhancing performance management programs
- Developing compensation strategies and supporting salary administration
- Overseeing employee benefits, leave administration, and vendor relationships
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Developing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook content
- Leading change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Creating HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Evaluating and improving HR systems, technology, and processes
- Building employee engagement and recognition programs
- Supporting a diverse, multi-site workforce

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 6+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
- 3+ years leading HR teams or departments
- Experience partnering with executive leadership
- Strong knowledge of federal and Colorado employment law
- Experience developing HR policies, procedures, and organizational infrastructure
- Demonstrated success leading organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Hiring Salary Range: $120,000–$140,000, based on experience, education, and qualifications.
