Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnering:

Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational challenges and align HR strategies with business goals.

Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.

Talent Management:

Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the automotive domain.

Oversee employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Employee Relations:

Address employee grievances and act as a mediator to resolve conflicts.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Learning & Development:

Identify skill gaps and design training programs to upskill employees.

Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Change Management:

Lead HR-driven change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational restructuring or policy updates.

Foster a resilient workforce capable of adapting to evolving business needs.

HR Metrics & Analytics:

Monitor key HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, and productivity.

Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Compliance and Governance:

Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.

Conduct audits and implement best practices to uphold ethical standards.

Qualifications:

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

8+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role, preferably in the automotive sector.

Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in HR software and data analytics tools.
