Competitive wage and benefits package Flexible and supportive team Paid training and educational opportunities Generous PTO structure What You’ll Do: Support daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations for the IHS department Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HR regulations Provide technical assistance for timekeeping and HR platforms Help foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with SummitWest Care’s mission and values Provide administrative support and guidance to staff regarding HR policies and procedures Oversee payroll and expiration data for accuracy and completion, outreach to employees for any missing information What We’re Looking For: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) Reliable and trustworthy, able to manage confidential information with discretion 1-2 years of experience in human resources or administrative support; nonprofit or healthcare experience is a plus! Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (experience with WellSky and Isolved a plus!)
