About The Role

We are seeking a proactive People and Culture Associate to join our Team. The People and Culture Associate will play a key role in supporting the department by managing daily tasks and contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies, while gaining valuable experience and skills. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Hiring:

Assist in posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview stage

Manage candidate communications

Participate in external events to enhance the firm’s reputation as an employer of choice and effectively promote our employer brand

Onboarding and Orientation:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires

Assist in conducting employee orientations

Performance Management:

Assist with performance evaluation processes and documentation

Employee Relations:

Handle employee queries on People & Culture-related topics and direct them to the appropriate person or department if necessary

Support employee relations and communication initiatives

Strategic HR Initiatives:

Contribute to strategic planning and organizational development

Participate in projects aimed at improving employee engagement and retention

Analyze People & Culture metrics and provide insights to support decision-making

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or a related field

0 – 2 years of experience in HR or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Analytical skills to interpret People & Culture data and metrics

Excellent English speaking and writing skills as well as proficiency in MS Office suite
