The Ghana Red Cross Society (GRCS), Ghana’s leading independent humanitarian organization and a member of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Human Resource Manager at its Headquarters in Accra.

Role Summary
- The Human Resource Manager will provide strategic leadership for the Society’s human resource function by overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, staff development, employee relations, organizational development and compliance with Ghana’s labour laws and organizational policies.
Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM,CIHRM Ghana, or equivalent) is required
- A minimum of 7 years progressive experience in human resource management, including experience in a senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Ghana Labour Law, HR best practices and organisational development
- Experience in the humanitarian, development, or non-profit sector will be an added advantage
