Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with U.S. labor laws.
– Manage the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
– Provide guidance on organizational design and structure to optimize performance and productivity.
– Conduct training sessions to enhance Volunteers’ understanding of labor laws and volunteer policies.
– Address volunteer inquiries and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
– Oversee performance management systems and volunteer development initiatives.
– Maintain up-to-date volunteer records and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
– Collaborate with senior management to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
