About the Opportunity

:

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role will be an integral role of the department working on different HR functions that is not limited to Onboarding, Talent Acquisition, Offboarding, Engagement, Disability Management, Training, Volunteer Management, and HR Analytics.

Qualifications

:

Educational Background in Human Resources, Business Management, Public Administration or combination of work experience will also be considered;

Minimum 1 Yr experience in People Relations field;

Knowledge of PHIA, PIPEDA, FIPPA, ESM, MB Human Rights Code;

Ability to lead projects and multi-task in a fast-paced environment;

Ability to communicate with diversified set of individuals demonstrating Integrity, Empathy, and Respect;

Experience working in Non-Profit Sector will be considered an asset;

Valid Class 5F License and access to vehicle required;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & HRIS

Additional Info:

Hours of work:
Monday-Friday, 75 hours bi-weekly

Work Location:

84 Brandt Street, Steinbach MB R5G 0E1

Working Environment: 100% on-site at head office with periodical visits in different facility of the organization across Niverville, St. Anne, La Broquerie, and Steinbach.

This position requires satisfactory Criminal Record Check with a clear Vulnerable Sector Search, and clear Adult & Child Abuse Registry Checks
