You have strong HRIS experience—especially in Rippling—and are skilled in handling payroll, benefits, and employee support with accuracy and care. You’re proactive, organized, and ready to support a global team with empathy and efficiency.

Location: Palo Alto Hybrid with Remote Option (TEMPORARY)

This Position Pays: $50-$55/hr

What You Will Be Doing

Managing the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and internal transitions

Administering and optimizing Rippling (HRIS); ensuring data accuracy and generating reports

Processing payroll in partnership with finance across multiple countries

Overseeing benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, renewals, and employee communications

Responding to employee inquiries related to HR policies, systems, and benefits

What You Bring

3+ years in HR operations, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment

Strong hands-on experience with Rippling

Proven experience in payroll processing (any system) and benefits administration

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote setting

High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
